BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

Hi i got a Christmas gift from England. It was posted there on 2020-12-07 10:15 with registered mail. Its in South African since 2021-01-25 06:20. I have been trying to phone(no answer). Emailed. No reply. Friends asking if i received my gift. So yes i think this is 1 more example of utter incompetence and the reason our country is getting a bad reputation all over the world.
