Bad service

Good morning, I just received attitude from 1 of the employers at post office Sunnyside, number 1 she didn't greet us, doesn't have a name tag. Secondly she was complaining about us giving her R100 note for a fast mail envelopevand she doesn't have change off which I don't understand why she has to make it our problem. Thirdly she refused to give us a pen she said we must make a plan the 1 she has she is using it. Overall attitude was bad she was shouting for no reason I hope no one can experience such treatment ever again.
