Bad Service By POST OFFICE SYSTEM

I have been waiting for 5 packages for almost 4 months without any feedback. I phone, email, go into the branch and never get any feedback or never get responses to my email. The email addresses for ********** ********** ********** never work. How do we pay for a service like this and our businesses get such bad service.

I would like to complain about the Seaside Village Post Office in particular. Manager Vanessa Patrick is never in and has responded to my emails once. If I don't go in there I will get no response via email.

I need my packages ASAP
