Bad Service Benoni Main Post Office SRD not paid for July and August

I lost my source of income due to Covid19. I have app**** for the Social Relief Grant. I only received my payment for June. I went again to the Benoni Main Post Office in July and August and once again we were told that there is no monies. This is unacceptable especially when the President himself informed the nation that the Social Relief Grant will be paid up until March 2022. Where is the money?
