Bad service

So today I waited almost 1 hour to get assistance from Post Office Daveyton. The funny part was that I was the only 1 in the branch to collect my parcel. The stuff was busy with tea and entertaining the Sassa grant as well as the withdrawals of the Post Bank clients. I'm so disappointed with the service I got today.
