Bad service ,Bad customer service

On Saturday 12 August 2017 ,I went to pick up my parcel at the post office .They couldn't find my parcel between their boxes .So the lady took my Urgent Notification card and wrote my number down In her own words "I will phone you once we found your parcel" .Today I phoned them to ask why I haven't received a phonecall back ,The person asks me for my name 3 times and then he put the phone down in my ear,So I phoned again and he then did it again .I am very upset about this bad service I will not recommend people to use their services.
