Bad Service

I ordered from AliExpress and they delivered my package at Jetpark on the 13th of February. I still have not received my package. Whenever I check my package status is says "Jetpark".

My question is will I ever receive my package or have they lost it at Jetpark ? The vendor cannot even refund me because according to them, they have delivered.

I am very disappointed with the service at jetpark. There is no communication whatsoever from the company. Their phones ring unanswered. They can just close shop because their service is poor.
