Bad service at Ugie Post Office

<p>Ever since a new teller arrived at Ugie Post office the service standard is very poor. The first time i got a bad service from her was when i wanted to play lotto for the first time and she told she does'nt know how to operate the machine and doesnt even know how the game is played. Yesterday i went to certify my documents and she told me that she cant certify them because i did not make copies at the post office. Mind you through out the years members of the community have been certifying documents there without being required to make copies first. I again left the post office not satisfied with the service i recieved from her. There was not even a sign that says we are no longer certifying documents for people who did not make copies at this post office. I was realy dissapointed because that post office has been offering good service before her arrival.</p>
