Bad service at the post office

I sent a parcel on the 03/08/18 at Montanapark post office to Bloemfontein(brandwag post office) ever since I sent the parcel it seems as if it’s not there . They have been sending the recepiant from pillar to post telling her that they don’t have it and she must check it at the main post office in bloem . She went there today and with no luck the parcel is not there . I have been calling their call centre but with no luck I cannot get hold of a consultant . What bothers me is that I am far from the post office where the parcel was sent . I feel very unappreciated as a consumer .. ?frustrated
