Bad service at Selcourt towers Post office

Post office at Springs Towers has the worst employees, I went last week they were offline, I went back a different day and they were online but they said the systems are slow so I should come in the morning. I went today and each consultant gave me 4 different reasons why they can't assist me, when I asked for a manager they told me the manager is on leave and when I asked for their names they refused to give me their names and they were rude. I called their complains number and spoke to Phuthuma, she directed me to another department without listening to my full complain which directed me to Neo and she said I am at the wrong department. I had to call again then I spoke to Juliet who said she is putting in the complain then when I asked for a turn around time she couldn't give me one coz she said her system is offline
