Bad Service at Post Office Motse-Thabong

<p>My name is Teboho Molehe and I would like to lodge a complaint against Post Office Motse-Thabong Welkom for their worst service. It started two weeks back when I received a post office goods collection card, and after receiving the card I went there to collect my package the lady by the name of Vuyelwa. She told me she knows about my package and she has forwarded it to Post Office Thabong East and she told me to collect it at Post Office Thabong East, and her colleague wrote my collection card “Collected” as if I have collected my package and when I ask Vuyelwa about it she told me that I must just go with my ID book at Post Office Thabong East it won’t course any fuss, when I got there Post Office Thabong East did have my package and it’s been three weeks and I am still without my Package.
