Bad service at Lenasia post office

Knowing that the post office closes at 12h00 on a Saturday, I arrived at the Lenasia post office at 11h39 today (Saturday 03/08/ 2019) and I was told by the security guard that the post office was closed because "it's full inside" and that I am "too late". Fortunately I managed to enter the building and join a queue when she unlocked the door to allow some people to exit the building.

Between 11h40 to 12h00 about 10 more customer's enter the building and join the same queue. About 12h30 the security guard enters the building and walks to the queue and tells the customers that she will infuture lock the entrance doors on any Saturday @11h45 and that the customers must "come earlier".

It was the first time that I have experienced a situation whereby a security guard decides to change the business hours of an establishment and rudely dictate the changes to the customers. I hope that it is the last.

The post office and its security staff need to understand that they are not doing any favors for the customers. The customers are paying the post office for their service and without customers, the post office and its security would not exist.
