Bad service at JIMC

I have a parcel at JIMC for a while now. I've called every number I could find for them and have not received any answer. I've sent emails as well and haven't got a single reply. I'm not the first person complaining about this issue and I see the reply seems to be constant...'They are experiencing delays". Surely there is a management team at JIMC to address these issues and improve service delivery.
