Bad service at Greenfields Post Office East London

<p>I live close to the Post Office and receive all my parcel here. They actually know me so well we on first name bases. I have a serious concern around how this Post Office is managed. Previously the manager could not look for my parcel and sent me into the vehicle license renewal queue while he was sitting folding his arms. The license renewal computer is always off line! The pay point machine for card payment is ALWAYS offline which causes a major inconvenience when u never carry cash for security purposes and now having to go draw money and go back to collect your parcel. This Post Office is convenient and have some super efficient staff working there however I believe the manger is not taking due care to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction!</p>
