Bad Service arrogant towards customers

My husband is deceased I I went to Xavier Licensing in Johannesburg to do change of ownership on my taxis I was told to do Roadworthy,I than did the roadworthy and went to Eldoradopark Post Officie to collect the disc because I reside in Eldoradopark ,an arrogant lady told me to go back to Xavier where I did change of ownership.Is that the kind of service you provide are the systems not the same and not working together
