Bad Service and Theft

I have ordered an item from outside the country. I have waited 2 months for the package to arrive. Today after collecting the package and paying for the duties , I found the package was tempered with and no item inside. I would like to believe that my item went missing between JHB Hub and DBN Hub. This was a special gift for someone which I payed for and now sit with a situation caused by the postal service.
