bad service and no feedback

i have been told that my item has been dispatched to Johannesburg main post office in September i have been call numerous times on ********** 028 no answer at all. they said that my parcel will reach my nearest post office it is 3 months later still haven't received any feedback. for apparently my parcel is sitting with them and all they need to do is to deliver it. i have paid a huge amount of monies in order to get this item now jhb post office is just sitting with it nobody bothers calling or sending it . i need urgent assistance.

i mailed Fikile Mkize no response . i mailed https://t.17track.net/en#nums=RF ********** 94SG i mailed customer service. i dialed the number *** that provided me with this information. this is pathetic 3 months with my item.
