Bad service and management at S A Post Offices.

Due to the lockdown vehicle licence renewals are hampered by inefficient management at the Lenasia main post office. On Friday I went there at 3.00pm only to be told by a very unfriendly security guard that they were already closed. Earlier I went to do the licence renewal at Lenasia Extension 13 only to be informed by the guard that the lady doing the renewals is on leave till mid October and there is no one else available to do this. Today Saturday 26 September went to Brixton post office. I managed to get to the counter and the teller rudely told me I was stressing him out because he is picking up issues with my outstanding fines and I was making his life difficult. It is his job in the first place to INFORM clients that the licence renewal is pending the payment of outstanding fines. In 2019 with the post office strike etc the post office in Lenasia was rendered ineffective and therefore correspondence like the fines etc were not getting to reach the public on time. Regardless of this , the teller at Brixton is not appreciative of having a job and also has no commitment to SERVE the public.
