Bad Service and lack of professionalism

I went to certify my id copy at Randburg square post office and to my surprise the stamp did not have the name of the business, to make it worse the person who is supposedly the commissioner of oath did not even write his name properly as a result my application was rejected due to that stamp that was not visible. Today I went to the branch to highlight this matter and the manager was full of bad attitude saying to me that that branch doesn't have to have a stamp that indicates the name of the branch. How can you certify a document with a stamp that does not have the name of the business, its ******** to me.
