Bad Service and everything

Highly upset with the face that no one answers a phone at Head Office / EMS Customs or the customer service line. My offers have been sitting at Customs since November / December. I can't get pepper feedback at my local Post Office. I require these items for my wedding which is in a wee**** Thanks for nothing!
