bad service and Bad attitude

This morning I needed to get some document certified ,I got to the pimville post office, I was already at the counter, the lady working there asked me what I'm here to do ,I told her and she left me all by myself and went to the shops,there was no one else in the post office to assist me ,upon her return she had an attitude when she was assisting me and I was not impressed at all .I tried calling the call centre to report it but I had no luck in doing so
