Bad service

I am really not happy with Maponya Mall Post Office. My grandmother and myself have been here since from 12:45pm today, dated 2 March 2022, to apply for her new Sassa Card that is lost. No one is telling us anything or whatsoever, we are seated with other customers waiting. The time right now is 14:17, this is utterly nonsense and and very dissapointing for elders to be kept for this long.

There are also other elders before us and after us who have been waiting and who looks very old and frail. If this is the kind of treatment we will get as Black Nation, then this is Bull ****! An employee going to lunch for ****EN 2 Hours, this is a first class *******

I can tell you now that this kind of treatment that we are getting here in Pimville Maponya Mall Post Office, you will never get it any where else. I guess if there were whites, they would have been treated better or if this was a suburbs occupied by whites, the service would have been better.

I so wish this matter would be sorted out.
