Bad service

Wonderpark Mall service is very bad the queue is not controlled, people who are there to collect money are just sent away after queuing the whole day, I really think they need to control the queue and how many people are going to be helped and send the remaining people home rather than to queue for the whole day and end up not getting help, service is too slow and the people are not very helpful with giving information and they are very rude, especially the elderly lady and the man at the door, they just stand and not control the queue
