Bad service

I have been calling the customer care services and the only thing I get is that all our agents are currently please stay on the line. I have called three times today and was on the phone for over 20 minutes without any agent picking up the call and I need to track a very important parcel that I need to receive because when I check on the website under tracking item the website does not even show me anything or even say the tracking number entered is incorrect.
