bad service

I visited the Gatesville post office for a new card and the African woman explained to me what the process was for obtaining the new card, but when it was my turn to speak and give her the reason for me being there, she said stand one side I was busy speaking to her I gave her a chance to speak and there was only one person in quee. I felt humiliated as she never gave me a chance to speak and then the manager Natasha condoned the womans arrogant and rude behavior. Instead of being empathetic she walks off without saying what is going to happen or who will be assisting me. When I told her how I felt she said she didn't see anything wrong in how the woman spoke to me. Rudeness should not be tolerated and they need to go for people skills or be replaced with people who have a passion for their job. That manager and staff member need to be taken to task she is unprofessional. And the attitude is all because they needed to assist another post office that could help at the time.
