Bad service

Bad service ever. I send a parcel in feb 2023 to chain and the parcel never left the country. In April I made a follow up as I was not able to track my order they told me my parcel never left. I request to get it back from April till this day nothing. I send several emails I made calls and nobody responds to my emails. When I call they put me on hold for about an hour still no one comes back to me
