Bad Service
I am awaiting a mail letter from the UNITES STATES for 7 weeks now...<br> <br> I contacted the Johannesburg mail centre they say because my parcel has an LK tracking my parcel will not be scanned only when it goes through customs it will they claim they have a backlog on parcels.<br> <br> How long is this going to take it 7 weeks and I cannot track my parcel anywhere.<br> <br> The international courier service believes the parcel has reached South Africa weeks already.<br> <br> This is Pathetic service SAPO doesn't answer they phones or respond to mails.<br> <br> Where is my parcel

Unregistered mail is an unrecorded service and it is subsequently difficult to attribute the reason for non- receipt or delays as we cannot trace such items on our system. It is always advisable to opt for registered mail especially when sending important documents as the service allows you to trace the whereabouts of your packages from a postage to a delivery point.With the influx of mail articles processed on a daily basis chances of locating unrecorded letters are highly impossible hence the reason to have your mail registered to ensure that your mail is secured.
