Bad Service

I'm very disappointed with our south Africa post office. My parcel from Kagiso east post office to Itsoseng has been stuck at witspos hub. They told me it will only take 3_5 days RC***ZA. Customer care line doesn't respond my emails. I need those documents urgently but no one is helping me.
