Bad service

I went to the post office in Harding to collect my parcel ftom Presles. I had some balance to pay off which some of the payment was made while waiting for that order.

I then called Presles to update the remaining amount and send me a proof. The document with updated amount was emailed to me and they copied the Post office Harding Branch manager. When I got to the post ofgive on the 17 Decembee 2021 at 15:00 they said they couldn't because the manager is not there.

So if theamager won't be available for a week it means ill get my parcel after she comes back wherever she is....
