Bad service
I went in to pay my tv licence. I gave the woman my ID book as I have done countless times before because I never remember my tv licence number. Straight away she refused and said I needed an account number. I explained I have to look for it and the other post offices always take my ID book. She then said that I'm wrong because no post office does that due to the fact that they all use the same system. I told her that I had been paying my account in Nigel like that for years? So are u telling me I'm wrong?? I asked her repeatedly if she is inferring that I am wrong? And she kept saying I am wrong. She wanted to argue with me and tell me I'm wrong instead stating that that branch doesn't accept ID to pay the account. Wasting my time and my confidence in their service. This all occurred at 10:00 at teller 3. She wasn't wearing a name tag and didn't give me her name.
