BAD SERVICE

We stand on long qeues for the whole day for opening bank accounts, while the staff are working very slowly chatting with each other, or answering their phones or chatting. I have arrived at 9:00 am n less than 15 people infront of me but was attended after 16:00. This didn't happen only today, the service is very poor, people are being shouted especially the senior citizens who are illiterate (can't write). Sometimes u find only one person is attending customers while others are chatting at the back. The situation is terrible everytime I go there.
