Bad service!

I did not get a notice of renewal for my post office box, and neither did I get a notice of the price increase, which went from R240 to R380. When I went to collect my mail, my box was locked. (So was the box of my employer, by the way. They also did not get any of these notices) When I asked the lady at the counter, she was rude to the point where I wanted to asked if she really wanted to work with customers. In the end, I closed my box, because it's way too much for the service. When I asked what about my mail in the box, she rep**** after I had to ask for a second time - return to sender. I had to interrupt her chat with a friend, while she was supposedly helping me. So now I have a dilemma, because we also don't get mail delivered to our street addresses, although they are supposed to deliver. Now I don't know what to do because I have no way to receive my mail. And that attitude is really not what you would expect from people working with the public!!!
