BAD SERVICE

Yesterday (20.01.2016) I went to the POST OFFICE to post my parcels - got there - there where only one teller - so I got called - got to the teller - my phone went off - she asked me how I would like to post - I left my phone and told her normal post please - the cheapest - she went on to weight the packages and billed me.<br> I asked why the amount comes to R81.90 - she said that is the price - I said that I pay R8.00 for the small one and R40.90 for the big one. She said you where on your phone when I asked you - I said - I TOLD YOU normal post - so why do SOME PEOPLE understand the TERM: normal post and others not!!! But I have had bad attitude from this post office before - I never complain but enough is enough!! She did not even ask to correct it - had just had to pay - and when my card did not go through - she said: so why did you cancel (quite rude) !!
