BAD SERVICE

I am waiting for a registered letter that was sent from the Nelspruit post office on the 11-06-2020 to the Germiston hub. On 23-06-2020 i phone the Nelspruit post office after i gave them my tracking number they advised me it was sent to the Germiston hub. After 2 days of phoning around i got hold of someone at the Germiston hub and she advised me the letter is still not there i must phone 01-07-2020. i phoned today and guess what no reply or the phone is out of order. i just want to let the post office now i want that letter i dont care how you get it but i want it. This is also giving me a wake up call never ever to us your services again.
