Bad service

i have an international parcel that i purchased on the 12 of Dec 2019 last year according to the tracking system it states that it arrived at my loca post office ( Motherwell Complex NU4b Tyhinira street)on the 6th of Jan 2020, but now they fail to give me my parcel which is sitting there by them, their service is pathetic
