Bad Service

Please advise as to when will I receive my good RI***ZA . I have been waiting for my goods for so long. I even got a first notification that they were at Boksburg West Post Office. When I went there they said they are at Wits hub. I have been tracking this number online and the goods are going back and forth. Please advise asap. I am very tired of this pathetic service.
