Bad service

I've been waiting on the Q for about 45min and got no servive at all, asked the guy working at the post office said I can stand on the Q they will certify for me but I was told to go to the police station I will get help they don't certify , when I asked the guy after waiting for 45mins he said the stamp is not working. If he told me the time I went to him, I would've left without wasting my time waiting on a long Q.
