Bad service!!!!

A parcel was sent to me on the 28th of August 2018 i checked parcel arrived at East London HUB on the 5th Of September 2018 until today i still haven't received the parcel its not at any post offices in east London. i tried contacting the number that the post office kept on giving me for their HUB with no luck. i still have not received my parcel this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!
