BAD SERVICE

i have emailed the post office a numerous times inquiring about my father's funds and i have not received feedback as he was working for the SA Post Office in Durban. i went to the HR department in Durban by The Workshop and and gave them the details they said they will send to their head office in Pretoria. its been three weeks now and no feedback still whereas i left my contact number.
