Bad service

Very bad service from the Post Office I received a Parcel collecting sheet from the post office delivery mail today 18/07/2018, The page is stamped 19/04/2018 for attention Mr & Mrs Smith tracking no PE ********** 94 (number in bold red 040102) and when I call the Du Noon post office they told me they no longer have this parcel it was send back to the sender long time ago. I asked the late how to do mean long time ago - I only received this notice now today, she say no this parcel was send to Milneron Post office then came to Du Noon post office then Du Noon post office send it back to Milnerton and it was then collected again by the sende who is Jam-Jam. And she couldnt tell me more

How can you get a notice of collection most 3 months later ? then is send back and forth to people then apparently the sender collected it and the post office has no details of the person who collected it or about the parcel - all they say is thats all we know. Its unacceptable. Can someone please call me on ********** 285 or email me ********** to give me more details on where my parcel is
