Bad Service

Post was sent via fast mail on the 2018-06-07 at 11:26 at ALBEMARLE, nothing have been received till to date. Tried tracking parcel RC ********** 55ZA , status still say in transit. Sent an email to Customer Services on the 14/06/2018 - Still Awaiting Response Called Customs Line : ********** - I'm put on hold for 5 minutes and then my call is put down.
