Bad service

I am so disappointed about their service,if thier systems are not offline thier lines are too long and slow

I go every week to get my items from international but all I get is “Our systems are offline or they will call me after checking if they do find it.

I run a business and have a turnaround time,if my tracking tells me my stuff is here and they tell me something else because they lazy to work,i seriously think that it’s unfair as i need to get my stuff after a week or two all d time.

I am extremely hurt by the service i get because i have no option!
