BAD SERVICE

i purchased something on Bidorbuy on the 13 March and it was sent to post office on the 14 but till today i haven't received my parcel .i cant track it as there website is offline,tried to call their call center on ********** 502 for 3 days ,no one answers the phone .my tracking number is PA ********** 31ZA
