Bad service

On the 11/10/2017 I went to Post office in Braamfontein to send a letter via registered mail the lady that was helping me gave me a very bad attitude when she was telling me what to write on the envelope and she was shouting at me and this is not the first this has happened every time when I go there they either give me an attitude or somebody else and on that day I had enough and told the lady how bad theirs service is and all she did was to shout back at me
