BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed with their branch in Krugersdorp.

TRACKING – YT ********** ********** 61 - Order from Wish On Friday, 11 Aug, I received a sms from the branch to say that my oversea parcel has been delivered and that I can collect it from counter 7 number 98.

On arriving at the branch, Monday 14 Aug, I am notified that the parcel is missing. Also told that I should tell the company where I ordered it from to say that I have not received the parcel and then they will refund me or send me a new parcel.

This is not ethical!! The parcel was delivered to the branch in Krugersdorp, they notified me of the parcel but now I have to lie and say the parcel was never delivered.

I have more parcels to be delivered and am worried that they will all get lost as well!!
