Bad service

Poor customer service been struggling with khayelitsha post office to get my books that were sent by unisa they keep on telling me that the books are not there, I received an SMS to say books are at khayelitsha post office lady that I spoke to noma said that the books are not there they are in Mitchell's plain post office my enquiry is how did they get there, I waited for an hour for them to try to contact Mitchell's plain post office but they not responding, I was asked to leave my details they will contact me, no contact as yet as I informed them that they need to ensure that they get those books transferred to khayelitsha post office.. When you phone Mitchell's plain it's like theres no one working there as the phone just rings and goes un answered.. I called their customer service and spoke to nontlahla who didn't even bother to get back to me after running out of airtime whilst waiting on their que to be assisted by someone
