Bad service

Last week wednesday i went to the abovementioned post office to make copies of documents and certify them , the made copies , charged R20.00 when i asked her to certify them , she said their stamps were broken . I went to the post office again today 14.07.15 to certify same copies , the same woman tells me they dont certify copies not copied with them , i told her i made the copies with them last week . Her response as , How will we know if copies were made with us and i tell her the story she told me about broken stamps . Then she tells me she can only certify 5 pages and i made about 20copies with them . When she is about to assist me , the stamp is right next to her she speaks to her colleague next to her and the she walks away and tells me the stamp is still broken . I the asked her for a number i can call to complain about the service she said she doesnt know . It is sad to no get assistance from such agencies . People who are not willing to work must sit at home .
