Bad Service

<p>Been waiting for my parcel from France since the 20-03-2017 , now my parcel is laying in Johannesburg they saying its not gonna be delivered this , my question is why ??? And I've propose to pay even extra amount to make it an express parcel , they are refusing all those options , they are telling me that its gonna be delivered on their terms not on my terms , and they are saying the sooner they can deliver is after 3 weeks ! I want this parcel as soon as possible . Please help me out !!!! My parcels tracking number is CC ********** 13FR</p>
