Bad service

<p>Madibeng Muncipality, Wonderkop Post office is very very ***********. It seems like we are currently sharing a post box with few people as we keep getting mails of different surnames and our mails also goes missing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am currently experiencing a problem with receiving my important registered letter which was sent to our postbox twice </p> <p>The letter was sent to the postal address last year december and was returned back to the sender due to the fact that we didnt receive the receipt to go get the letter. then they resend the letter on the 07th of March and i kept gonig to the post office to go check the letter and i was told there is no registered letter there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today my medical iad sent me proof of when the letter was sentwith the trackingnumber and when i call the call center i was told the letter was sent back to the sender again hence i have been going to the post office to check if the letter was there and could find the receipt on post box. i even went inside the post office and asked if they can check the letter for me last month but the guy who works there told me there is no letter.</p> <p>i find this vey very annoying as ihave been doing ups and down going to the post office to go check for my letter and being told its not there but they have received the letter and send it back to the sender.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service at Wonderkop Post Office is very poor. They dont care. </p> <p> </p>
