bad service

<p>i ordered a parcel from overseas</p> <p>According to SAPO Track & Trace, the item arrived in JHB Int Mail centre on the 10/03/17 .One would think I'd have my parcel by now, Now I'm at my wits end, the item has been updated as "in transit" at Durmail Hub on 3 different dates (12,17,20 March 2017) will I ever get my parcel? Everytime I check the track & Trace website, I feel like I'm given false hope. The tracking number is RC ********** 45HK</p>
